I Can't Explain" is a song by the English rock band the Who, written by Pete Townshend, and produced by Shel Talmy. The song was issued as a single on 15 January 1965 in the United Kingdom and December 1964 in the United States. There was a misprinted label re-released in 1968 on the second color band series label entitled "Can't Explain" but it was soon withdrawn and released with the correct title of the song as released on the first 1964 release, and other previous and future label releases.

Floyd: There's nothing but ice down there, so how the hell can there be any chlorophyll? Tanya Kirbuk: You know and I know that my country cannot allow a blockade. Dr. Floyd: Well, tell whoever it is that I can't take any of this seriously unless I know who I'm talking to. HAL 9000: Dr. Floyd? Dr. Floyd: Yes?
For reasons I can’t quite explain, I seem to have a bottomless appetite for dancey Pink Floyd covers. The City Music Project’s Thin Ice is more recent than those, a 2011 Blade Runner-esq take on an unlikely song by Philadelphia singer Frank Cervantes and producer goldenSpiral. Double that for covering them a full Floyd album. A song topping four minutes would be practically marathon-length in bluegrass; this album has three songs that stretch past ten. And for a special 2016 concert, Yonder Mountain covered them all. Hell, they even stretched them out further than Floyd – Dogs lasts over 26 minutes, with mandolin and fiddle solos aplenty.
A song created by Pink Floyd for the album The Wall. The transformation of Pink. And the youth of Roger Waters. Your lips move but I can’t hear what you’re saying. When I was a child I had a fever My hands felt just like two balloons. Now I’ve got that feeling once again I can’t explain you would not understand This is not how I am. I have become comfortably numb. Just a little pinprick.
