What I've noticed in certain parts of the album is a similarity to certain black metal bands from South America. Just like them, this album seems to have a dryness full of hope, a sweet melancholic resignation, a nostalgia, creating images of ancient ruins on a seashore in a summer evening. You can almost smell the sea and feel the nostalgia of the past accompanied by mournful waves which whisper on the shore. Formed by Kaarpath (Terror Reign), Execvtion and Bestial Desecrator in 2006 under the name Evynkar, the band released one demo - Blaspheme Your Cult, in 2008, and then changed their name (probably not because of the demo). The newly formed Necroblood had the original two members - Terror Reign as vocalist and bassist and Bestial Desekrator as guitarist, and was joined by new (necro)blood, Rimmon as drummer and Execvtion as guitarist and vocalist.
