Call My Name is the seventh studio album by American blues artist, Etta James. The album was released on Cadet Records in 1966 and was produced by Leonard Chess. Call My Name was the second of a series of albums James would release that mainly consisted on Soul music.

By the spring of 2012, Strange Talk had finished recording and enlisted Tony Hoffer (Beck, Phoenix, M83) to mix their debut. The resulting album, Cast Away, was released in February 2013 by Sony Music Australia and reached number 56 on the Australian charts. Later that year the band signed with Wind-Up Entertainment, which released Cast Away worldwide in the spring of 2014. In 2015, Strange Talk, now down again to the duo of Docker and Sidhu, delivered the five-song EP . Melbourne, Australia.

When drummer Tony Williams died of a heart attack on February 23, 1997, at the relatively young age of 51, it was a tremendous loss for straight-ahead post-bop and hard bop as well as for fusion. Williams had numerous acoustic jazz credentials (including his contributions to Miles Davis' legendary mid-‘60s quintet), and his band Lifetime was one of the most important fusion outfits of the ‘70s.
