Celebration Day," Led Zeppelin III (1970). Led Zeppelin III is best known as the band's acoustic album. This stuttering electric surge defiantly kicks against all that. They liked the song so much they named their 2012 live album after it. 45. "Hey, Hey, What Can I Do," Single (1970). Led Zeppelin's only non-album B-side (it was the flip of "Immigrant Song") stems from their third, partly acoustic LP. "Hey, Hey, What Can I Do" would have fit perfectly nestled somewhere on Led Zeppelin III's second side.

As Led Zeppelin proves, the group was capable of such multi-layered music from the start. Although the extended psychedelic blues of "Dazed and Confused," "You Shook Me," and "I Can't Quit You Baby" often gather the most attention, the remainder of the album is a better indication of what would come later.
Not only has the album as a whole aged a bit better with the years, becoming an historical record of the myth and madness of Led Zeppelin excess in the mid-70’s, a band who had begun to realize and live up to their crowned god-hood among the head-banging youth, but now the actual remastered sound is nothing short o. An injustice that hasn’t been repaired to this day, except for Led Zeppelin DVD and Celebration Day, as the first didn’t feature a purely audio version, and the second was only recorded in 2007, without the late John Bonham. Four decades later, it could all seem very much incidental.
