Somebody to Love" is a song by the British rock band Queen, written by the lead singer/pianist Freddie Mercury. It debuted on the band's 1976 album A Day at the Races and also appears on their 1981 compilation album Greatest Hits. The song has similarities to Queen's earlier hit "Bohemian Rhapsody" with its complex harmonies and guitar solos; however instead of mimicking an English choir, the band turned to a gospel choir

Somebody (Somebody) Ooh, somebody (Somebody) Can anybody find me somebody to love? Yeah. I work hard (He works hard) every day of my life I work 'til I ache my bones At the end (At the end of the day) I take home my hard-earned pay all on my own (Goes home, goes home on his own) I get down (Down) on my knees (Knees) And I start to pray (Praise the Lord). Til the tears run down from my eyes, Lord. The song hit number 13 on the Billboard Hot 100, and is the sixth track on A Day at the Races, Queen’s fifth album. Following the acclaimed A Night at the Opera, Queen continues their more progressive rock style, as opposed to their initial hard rock sound. Queen substitutes typical Rock power chords for more lush, thick harmonies.
Перевод текста песни Somebody to Love исполнителя (группы) Queen. Anybody find me somebody to love. Kто-нибудь, найдите мне любовь. Each morning I get up I die a little. Каждое утро я встаю и немного умираю, Can barely stand on my feet. Я едва стою на ногах, (Take a look at yourself) Take a look in the mirror and cry.
Somebody, somebody Can anybody find me somebody to love? I work (he works hard) hard every day of my life I work 'til I ache my bones At the end (at the end of the day) I take home my hard earned pay all on my own - I get down on my knees And I start to pray (praise the Lord) 'Til the tears run down from my eyes Lord - somebody - somebody.
